Charles E. Ramon

Charlie has been serving insurance and financial planning clients in Franklin and Hampshire Counties for over 35 years.  He founded Ramon Financial Services in 2006 and currently serves over 1,000 clients.  He attributes the growth of his business to customer service and strong client relationships. In addition to his professional achievements, Charlie is active in the community.  He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Greenfield Community College (GCC), Chairman of the United Way of Franklin County, and President of the GCC Foundation.   Charlie welcomes the opportunity to assist you with your retirement and investment needs.

Michael E. Ramon


Michael is responsible for the overall development of plan designs and client solutions in the employee benefits arena. As a certified professional in the Affordable Care Act, Michael guides our clients and partners through complex health care laws and assists with challenging reporting requirements. Michael works closely with employees to provide valuable tools for important healthcare choices.


Michael is currently a member on multiple broker advisory councils.  He serves as the Treasurer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County and is on the Board of Directors for Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. 

Allyson A. Ramon

Allyson focuses on serving the needs of all of our clients. From processing enrollments, monitoring compliance, and ensuring the accuracy of our presentations, she has become a valuable resource to our clients. Allyson assists employers and employees with COBRA transition and administration. She is a certified Notary Public in the state of Massachusetts and is a member of the National Notary Association. 

Matthew C. Ramon

Matt brings over 10 years of investing experienceto his role at Ramon Financial. Prior to joining RFS, he spent 3 years at GW&K Investment Management in Boston as the Head Trader for Taxable Fixed Income Investments. Matt also worked at Smith Affiliated Capital in New York City for over 4 years where he honed his ability to conduct market research and execute investment strategy. Matt earned a B.A. in Economics from Union College. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and insurance licenses for life, and accident and health.
